Clinical notes for outpatients

Nervecentre allows you to enter information in a range of data fields, called clinical notes. Clinical notes for outpatients work in a similar way to inpatients.

  • On a desktop, you can view and update clinical notes in forms, clinic lists, and patients' records.

  • On a mobile, you can view and update clinical notes from a patient's record in the context of the patient's appointment.

The clinical notes you see depend on your organisation and your permissions.
